Guest Arrival & Approval

Guests must receive approval and alert the community before arrival. Please contact guests@thunderridgeairpark.org to coordinate guest visits and ensure smooth operations at the airpark.

Guests must provide: lot owner they are visiting, aircraft type, tail number, and planned arrival/departure times.

FAQ

Assessments fund runway maintenance, repairs, snow removal, and other shared infrastructure. The current Thunder Ridge assessment is $520 per lot per year.

Hangar approvals follow the Architectural Guidelines and require submitting plans to the Architectural Committee for review. Contact the committee via architecture@thunderridgeairpark.org for the submission process.

When selling property in the HOA, there is one fee associated with the transfer: the $250 Community Enhancement Fee. Note: Bandanna Ranch will also have a reinvestment fee, which is handled separately. For more details, see the Resources page.
