FAQ

Assessments fund runway maintenance, road repairs, snow removal, and other shared infrastructure. The current Thunder Ridge assessment is $520 per lot per year.

Hangar approvals follow the Architectural Guidelines and require submitting plans to the Architectural Committee for review. Contact the committee via architecture@thunderridgeairpark.org for the submission process.

When selling property in the HOA, there are three fees associated with the transfer: $200 Document Fee, $250 Setup Fee, and $250 Community Enhancement Fee (total $700). These fees are collected by PMI during the closing process. Note: Bandanna Ranch will also have a reinvestment fee, which is handled separately. For more details, see the Resources page.
