Annual Assessment Details

• Amount: $520 per lot annually
• Due Date: May 1st
• Late Fee: Applied after May 31st — For this year only, due to the account transition and online payment setup, the late fee will not be applied until October 1st

Payment Methods

Assessments are managed by the board. If you have questions, please contact billing@thunderridgeairpark.org.

Online payments are not yet available, but we are actively working toward offering them. For now, please send a check/echeck by mail.

Property Information

Sale Process

• No community approval required for property sales
• The board processes closing letters
• Contact inquiries@thunderridgeairpark.org for closing letter fees and processing time
• New owners must register with the management company for billing

HOA Transfer Fees

When selling property in the HOA, there is one fee associated with the transfer:

• $250 Community Enhancement Fee - Supports community improvements

Total HOA transfer fee: $250.
